Dr. Christi Jones
Dr. Christi has known she wanted to be a vet since the age of 6. She grew up in Dunwoody (class of ‘90) and attended UGA for both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees (class of 2000). She practiced small animal medicine in Dunwoody for 6 years and then began working as a relief veterinarian for Atlanta area clinics. She started Gentle Touch in 2010 to help owners and their pets in the comfort of home. She lives in Dunwoody with her 2 kitties, Laurel and Bella.
Carmelle Tyree
Carmelle got her start in the animal care business at a local pet store on the Florida panhandle in 1995. She truly enjoyed working with and learning about lots of different species during that time. Her job led to a position in a hospital where she worked as a veterinary technician. She relocated to Atlanta when she met her husband and met Dr. Christi while working at a clinic in Lilburn in 2006. She joined Gentle Touch in 2016 and serves as our practice manager, receptionist, and veterinary assistant. She lives in Stockbridge with her husband, Troy and her border collie mix, Bonnie.
