How much does a home veterinary visit cost?

Our mobile veterinary house call, including a physical examination, starts at $125. Additional service fees may apply depending on the care your pet needs. Pricing for treatments, lab work, or other services will be discussed with you by phone or email before your appointment. Final costs may vary based on location, day of the week, and appointment time. Payment is due at the conclusion of the visit and may be made with cash, approved check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Zelle.

How quickly can I schedule an appointment?

We do our best to accommodate urgent situations, particularly end-of-life requests, within 1–2 days whenever possible. Routine appointments for wellness care or non-urgent medical concerns typically book 1–2 weeks in advance. We strive to return calls, texts, and emails within 1–2 business days. Evening and weekend appointments may be available with advance notice.

Do you travel outside the north metro Atlanta area?

Our primary service area includes communities throughout north metro Atlanta. However, exceptions may be made depending on the situation. For end-of-life visits, we are often able to travel farther throughout Georgia when scheduling allows. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Do you treat animals other than dogs and cats?

Our services are focused primarily on dogs and cats. Because we have limited experience with other species, we generally recommend contacting a veterinarian who specializes in the specific type of animal you need care for.

What if my pet needs surgery or advanced diagnostics?

If your pet requires advanced diagnostic testing, imaging, hospitalization, or surgical procedures that cannot be performed during a home visit, we will refer you to a trusted veterinary clinic in your area. If transportation is a concern, you may also consider services such as The Pet Car, which specializes in pet transportation.

What areas do you serve?

If you are unsure whether you fall within our service area, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What types of pets can benefit from a home veterinary visit?

Many pets benefit from at-home veterinary care, particularly senior pets, animals with mobility issues, pets with anxiety about traveling to a clinic, and families seeking a more comfortable setting for end-of-life care.

What should I do to prepare for a home veterinary visit?

Before your appointment, please ensure your pet is in a safe and comfortable area where we can perform the examination. If possible, have any medications your pet is currently taking available so we can review them during the visit.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments may occasionally be available depending on scheduling and location. End-of-life visits are prioritized whenever possible, and we will make every effort to assist families quickly during urgent situations.

Can multiple pets be seen during the same visit?

Yes. Multiple pets can often be evaluated during the same home visit. Please let us know when scheduling so we can allow adequate time and discuss any additional service fees.
